Sample items
We will provide available samples free of charge(exception of intellectual property products ), expressage will be under negotiation between both sides.
Manufacturing according to samples or artworks provided by customers, the costing and expressage for samples is under negotiation between both parties.

Lead time
Our sales representative will contact our customers to confirm the purchase order and inform the due delivery date after receiving purchase order.
Usually the regular products will be completed and arranged for delivery in 5-15 working days.
The lead time need to be negotiated if there is a bulk purchase or the artwork is complicated.

Delivery items
Customer may collect goods from our factory directly.
Our company are responsible for delivering goods on board a vessel designated by clients.
Our company are responsible to deliver goods by sea to the port of destination.
Our company are responsible for the door to door service as nominated by clients.

Payment settlement
As customer's transaction needs and basis on mutual acceptance of agreement between both parties.

Quality warranty
We will make products base on clients' specific quality requirement and create a product data card to our customers for confirmation.
We take the data card as our standard which is approved by clients, and take strict inspection during the process of mass production, as well, we welcome our clients and the quality inspection organization appointed by our clients to carry out sampling inspection and supervision. We will take action swiftly when there is any comment during the inspection and supervision and give our clients a satisfied answer.
According to the approved sample and product data card, our clients can arrange inspectation for finished product after our production. If the production is not reach the quality standard or failed to pass inspection, we will firmly implement the terms and condition of contract, and rearrange production for the goods and compensate for losing.
During the period of quality warranty, we will be responsible for the problem related to the area of our product quality and concerned product replacement and transportation fee only. Other extra cost and liability are not involved in our terms.
